We do same day delivery in Milton Keynes & surrounding areas when you order up to 3pm, 7 days a week, (subjesct to stock availability).

We use DPD as courier for deliveries beyond Milton Keynes.
You will receive a text and/or e-mail with your tracking information from DPD once your parcel has been booked. All orders are delivered on a no signature required basis. If you are not in and you have not sent us any specific location to leave your parcel, the driver will leave it in a safe place or with a neighbour. The driver will leave a card through your door detailing where you parcel is. You will also get the option to instruct the driver to leave your parcel somewhere of your choice from your tracking information.eg: leave in porch or leave with neighbour. You will receive a one hour delivery slot from DPD on the day of delivery.
We AIM to dispatch all frozen orders same day for next day delivery when ordered Monday to Thursday up to 12pm. However dispatch time may vary from 1 to 2 working days depending on stock levels and/or demands.
Frozen orders placed after 12pm on Thursday's will be dispatched the very latest on Tuesday the following week.
Frozen parcels must be checked on delivery by the customer for quality. Any quality issue with the food must be reported by phone or email within 12 hours of delivery. We cannot take responsibility for any issue with the quality of the food after 12 hours of delivery.
We do not dispatch at weekends or bank holidays.
Non Frozen orders
Our current dispatch time for non frozen orders is 1 to 2 working days.
"No signature required" policy also applies.
**Minimum order for scottish highlands is £50. Extra costs will apply for orders less than £50.
Here at Holico Pet Supplies we offer a 28 day returns policy, so if you are not entirely happy with your purchase you can return the item unopened in its original packaging. This does not affect your Statutory Rights. You are required to pay the carriage to return the goods to us but if you ask for an exchange we will pay to post any goods we send back out to you. You will be refunded the full amount for the goods however postage and packing will not be refunded.
Return via your country’s mail service Recorded Delivery – this option requires you to re-pack your goods and take them to your local Post Office where you will need to request to send the goods back using the relevant service.
You can e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org and once we are in receipt of the goods we aim to process all refunds and exchanges within 72 hours.
If you think the goods you have received are faulty or if you have been sent the wrong item, please call us on 01908 382081 (Monday to Friday from 8.00am to 6.30pm) or email email@example.com. Under these circumstances we are happy to offer you an exchange should you want one or a refund. Cost of delivery will also be refunded.
Order Cancellation Policy
If upon cancelling an order after it has been processed and/or dispatched a restocking fee will be charged. This fee will be the shipping amount of your order transaction resulting in only the items being refunded.
Refunds will not be issued until all merchandise is received back into the store. Worn Again is not liable for any lost, stolen or damaged items in the mail.
Payment for goods is to be made by credit or debit card only through our online payment gateway. Please note should your credit or debit card have insufficient credit, we reserve the right to invoice you for the costs incurred in making requests for payment.
Goods remain the property of Holico Supplies until payment has been received in full.
